I have come to appreciate the exquisite vintage shops here in the city. They blow the usual Goodwill or Salvation Army out of the water with their aged designer pieces. I bought this dress for an amazing price at one such store in Soho. It was way too big, but nothing that a quick trip to the tailor couldn’t fix. The fact that I will never know what glamorous woman has worn it before me, lends the piece so much more character. I love that it will easily transfer into fall with its lady-like tweed fabric and its professional cut. Can’t wait to share my other vintage finds soon! Happy hunting ‘til then!
