With the weekend upon us, tonight it was time for a good meal and a relaxing night of fun. I put my rarely used broiler pan to use and filled the bottom pan with a collection of vegetables. After tossing tilapia filets in a bread crumb mixture, featuring an extra dose of Old Bay Seasoning, I popped it on the grill pan and dinner was on its way. The lemon flavoring fell down to the veggies, and I was perfectly pleased with the results. Now it’s time to glam up for a fun night out with girlfriends! Happy Friday!
