Unless you drive to work, the every day stiletto just won’t do for the morning commute. Even if you work a heel everyday and have crumpled feet of steel, like myself, the walking and hiking up the subway steps simply must be done in flats. For today’s commute, I wore these flats (last seen here) and packed a strappy sandal in my bag for the day. This purple sandal and the cascading blue layers of the dress create an unexpected monochromatic contrast. To polish off the look, I added a statement necklace (naturally!) and a neutral wrist, as opposed to the neon set I have been wearing (seen here). Enjoy your Wednesday!
