It’s the subtly sultry vibe of shoulder-baring pieces that makes them one of my favorite trends for the season ahead. Yesterday, I wore this Tibi off-the-shoulder top with leather pants and a girlish sandal for a walk along the water and brunch at Upland, where we spotted Lenny Kravitz (in a killer fringed jacket, of course).
