Earlier this week, I bopped into the Spring Street location of The Vintage Twin, which is a super cool vintage shop that specializes in vintage Levi’s. Think: mom jeans reinvented. The real life twins have scoured garage and estate sales for years collecting Levi’s and offer a custom fit experience. I popped in and tried on about five pairs of jeans from the piles and piles of options they had before finding these that fit perfectly.

They cut the bottoms off for me right in the store—a task which I usually mess up on my own with jagged edges or crooked hems (oops!). I’m actually thinking of going back and having a couple more inches cut off. For their first spin on the town, I paired them with a similar fabric because nothing says “hello weekend” quite like denim-on-denim.
