Lately my life has been so chaotic that dinner has consisted of ordering delivery, picking up something on the run, or eating shrapnels of whatever cereal may be buried in my cabinet. After making this seafood feast with caramelized brussel sprouts and rosemary sweet potatoes last night, I was reminded of how much I love being in the kitchen. Although it was unseasonably chilly yesterday, I wanted to keep dinner fresh and summery, and to further brighten my mood, I used these bug adorned plates that picked up at Anthropologie last week. What a steal!
