While I would like to say that I have a perfectly planned outfit for work each morning, the reality is that I usually just grab the first thing my hand lands on in the closet and throw it on. What I do rely on though, is having a few outfit equations I can fall back on when I’m really feeling stumped or uninspired by my wardrobe. One of said equations is to throw on stripes from head -to-toe and go (or any other classic color or print, for that matter!).
On this occasion, I created my own coordinating set by pairing a striped ruffled skirt with a mens button down in a similar color way. I finished the ensemble with all nude and gold accessories and was out the door in 45 minutes flat (yes, that’s an achievement for me!).
