This skirt is basically me personified in an article of clothing — girly, bright, a little frayed around the edges and fit for spring. Since it is never going to be warm again, I took the liberty of slipping into it in the midst of the snowy landscape and adding a multitude of basic black pieces. The nice thing about these boots is that the heel is a bit lower and can act as an ice pick when needed. Trust me, it has come into play more than once. One minute you’re up, and the next you’re laying on the ground under a pile of loot from the local deli — including but not limited to gummy bears, beef jerky, sports drinks and bottled waters. Talk about all terrain.
