I didn’t see it coming either, but peplums are making a return for spring in a slightly more relaxed version of their former selves. We said adiòs to the cheer skirt peplum from 2012, but meet her mature older sister with a relaxed hem and a generally more laid back demeanor. She understands that less is more. Don’t you just love a good comeback?
