In a whirlwind turn of events, I wore pants yesterday. I tend stick to skirts and dress, for no particular reason other hemming everything for these short legs can be a real drag. I’m always impressed by a creative separates look when I see them on other ladies. It requires more thought than throwing on a dress, and if the proportions aren’t just right, the look can take a turn for the worst dressed list in a hurry. For a nod to the 70s, I donned a floral printed pant with a warm, grey sweater. For a pop of color, a green crocodile belt tops it all off. Now I’m off to meet a girlfriend for snacks, cocktails and what is sure to be some scheming!
