I’ve been searching for a maxi skirt for over a month now and I finally found the perfect one yesterday at American Apparel! Now, this search was not without a few failed attempts, including a striped number that proved to be similar to a sausage casing on my legs. At the risk of being mistaken for a penguin waddling down Lex, I quickly returned it. Anywho, this nude one is the perfect balance of feminine and flowy, casual yet smart, so I took the first opportunity I could to wear it to work today. I can’t wait to bring it into fall with a tee and blazer or a cropped sweater.
