The search for a moderately priced, yet luxe day-to-day bag is finally over. The task of finding a staple bag that doesn’t cost last month’s rent and this month’s dignity is generally insurmountable. I got my hands on this Mansur Gavriel bucket bag after being placed on a waitlist (gasp!) for a couple of excruciating weeks (read more about the new brand here). The simple, yet fashion forward, silhouette combined with the roomy interior and cross body strap make this the perfect bag for me. Yesterday for its first spin on the town, I paired it with fall layers, leather pants and a splash of purple. I’ve hit the mother lode.
