The Long and Short of It

I picked up this skirt during a quick visit to Anthropologie for home goods last week (I can never walk away with just that!). There’s something youthful about it, that makes me want to spin around like a little girl. Brightly patterned and super soft, it was the perfect match for a beautiful day in the city. Paired with one of my favorite neutrals, a sharp shouldered cropped sweater (last seen here), this look is chic with an eccentric twist. A vintage, enamel necklace and my favorite sandals add the perfect finishing details. I’m, of course, looking forward to ditching the tights and sweater in exchange for a wispy, cropped tee and woven sandals.
