Over the knee boots are certainly not new to the list of fashion’s favorite footwear, but they are definitely back this season in a major way. I excitedly dug these out from last year’s loot (seen here and here) to create one of my favorite cold weather parings—thigh high boots and a whimsical, bohemian-inspired dress. Further proof that I should have lived in the ’70s. Le sigh…
