I have to admit I have been a bit of a bad blogger this past week, but there’s nothing like a decadent treat to kick things back into gear. Made with this low cal recipe, these pear muffins are packed with fresh chopped pears and covered in a light glaze. The ginger in the topping lends just the right spice to contrast the sweet, fluffy treats. These will be the perfect work day pick me up for the rest of the week, and it certainly doesn’t hurt that they are only four Weight Watchers points. After all, with any luck, bathing suit weather will be here sooner rather than later!
