Being an over-the-knee boot enthusiast, I’m always on the hunt for flirty yet modest dresses to pair with my footwear obsession. I love the geometric print and fit-and-flare silhouette of this number. Not surprisingly, the hem hit below my knees when it arrived on my doorstep, but after a hefty hemming I love how it fits. Does anyone else think that we petite girls should get a permanent discount at the tailor?
