Fashion Week Happenings

Last night for Fashion’s Night Out I had the pleasure of meeting some cream of the crop bloggers at Coach for their Duffle Project Party. Most importantly, I was lucky enough to snag a picture with The Man Repeller. Her ability to pull together immaculate outfits and report with bolsterous personality never ceases to amaze me. When you’re good, you’re good. Later on, I headed down to the Diana Warner store for the official launch party of her new menswear collection. There was certainly no shortage of fun there. Today, I kept the party going by heading over to the NAHM presentation at Milk Studios. NAHM is the up and coming collection by Ally Hillfiger and Nari Manivong. If their collection is any indication of what we’re going to be up to next spring, I love it. Floaty white linens, Loatian inspired prints and those top knots! Count me all in!

Meanwhile over at the big tent, one fabulous look after the other trooped down the runway. The last couple of days have been enough inspiration to fuel me for the next six months. I almost fell out of my chair looking at the Peter Som show pictures. These are some of my favorite looks so far and we’re still early in the game that is Fashion Week. Oh the joy!!
