For a birthday celebration yesterday, I joined friends for a sailboat cruise on the Hudson River. Seeing the city from the water, instead of from the back of a cab or while walking amongst the streets, put a welcomed spin on the day. To top it off I made a new blogger friend, Merm of Just Madge! She and I braved the rocky waves to take these pictures during our adventure (and nearly flew off the boat a couple of times!). Talk about dedication! I wore my trusty mint jeans (last seen here) in conjunction with this adorable eyelet top. As per usual, I piled on plenty of bright accents in the form bracelets, belts and baubles.
