The ric rac on this ruffled dress reminds me of my incredibly short-lived DIY days. Thankfully, I have hung up my crafting hat (one too many botched decorating projects), but I love the unapologetically girly persona the detailing adds to the dress. To toughen it up, I paired it with a lug soled bootie and a strong silver cuff. I have a feeling these booties will easily be the MVP of winter footwear choices.
