I instantly fell in love with the flirty silhouette of this dress, but when it arrived at my doorstep it was (not surprisingly) a bit too long on me. So, I did what any petite girl would do and reached for the nearest belt. Meanwhile, my obsession with over-the-knee boots has picked up right where it left off last season (as seen here and here), so I took the opportunity to pair them with my newly raised hemline. When life gives you lemons make lemonade, right?
