The guiding principle by which I get dressed every morning is quite simple. I want to create unexpected outfits, while still looking polished and pulled together. To start, I usually reach for a collection of the closet staples I’m wearing on repeat at the moment, and then add at least one unexpected piece—like a garment with interesting draping or an accessory with an X factor.
For this look, I paired two of my current closet obsessions into one draped and asymmetrical look, and finished it off with my go-to fall accessories—over-the-knee boots, a lunch box-inspired bag, and a pinky ring with a cheeky message. I pinky swear to keep wearing all of my favorite things at once.
