The bow neck top was one of my favorite pieces to break onto the fashion scene last fall, thanks to the fall 2015 shows of Chloe, Derek Lam and more. Last season, I picked up a simple black and white version (seen here) and received so many compliments every time I wore it. This year the menswear-inspired silhouette is back, but in more notice-me styles and colors—from over-the-top prints, like this Gucci version that I borrowed from Luisaviaroma for NYFW, to opulent metallics.

I paired the paisley print top with denim and suede shorts to speak to the fall season ahead, while existing comfortably in in-between temperatures. To tie everything together, I finished the look with nude suede booties that are quickly becoming my new season go-to shoes.
