Last weekend, Chris and I made these delicious cocktails for an afternoon on our fire escape, and they were just the refreshing treat that summer weekends require. The liquor store near our apartment was doing a tasting of Brooklyn Gin, which I’d never had before, but now highly recommend. It’s a bit smoother and less bitter than the gins I’ve had in the past. With an extra dose of citrus and crisp tonic water, you’re all set to kick off the weekend just how you’re meant to—with a bit of a buzz.
The Goods:
- Brooklyn Gin
- Fever Tree Tonic
- Grapefruit, lemon and lime wedges
- Rosemary
Mix It All Up:
For one serving, pour 2 oz of gin over plenty of ice. Squeeze and add a wedge of each citrus and fill glass with tonic. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy and repeat!
