Sometimes the most basic recipes can be the so savory and delicious, meanwhile fancy pies and cakes can be an inevitable disaster. I made these beef sliders this past Saturday night for a few girlfriends. Not only are burgers the perfect weekend staple, but everything’s better in a miniature size. I put these in a simple marinade of worcestshire and soy sauce and covered them in plenty of cheese. I topped it off with balsamic mushrooms and onions and piled it onto a ciabatta roll. The good news is that I have plenty leftover for the rest of the week!
