After a warm, sunny family vacation, I made it back to New York just in time for a massive snow storm. To weather the elements, I layered a color-block military jacket over a leopard print blouse (along with avoiding going outside at all costs). I topped the look off with my finest all terrain booties. I guess practicality never really was my thing.
