A quirky neckline, lace embellishments and the short, baby doll length (after a trip to the tailor, of course) mesh together to make this dress both flirty and sweet. Last week, I paired it with green suede shoes and my favorite on-the-go beauty look – strong brows and a bold lip. Now on to more important matters, such as relishing the last days before digging deep into the ol’ sock drawer to retrieve last year’s tights. The agony!
