Every busy girl knows that making your fitness routine a priority is easier said than done. From balancing career, family, friends and any other passion projects, I’m sure we can all agree that sometimes life just gets in the way of our daily workouts.
At the same time, I find that once I’m on a roll and seeing even the slightest results, it’s easy to keep going. I feel better, my jeans fit more comfortably (thank God!), and I just generally have a better outlook on life. In the spirit of a fall fitness reboot, I’ve teamed up with Dove to share the workout essentials that I’m relying on to kickstart my health and wellness routine this season.

Ok, I know this is a bit cheesy, but the matchy-matchy workout sets that are trending at the moment have my name all over them. When I feel put together, I perform so much better in whatever ClassPass class I’m dragging myself to each morning. And the best part? Warning: do not look inside this bag. It may be chic from the outside, but I typically stuff everything but the kitchen sink inside. From a change of clothes for the office to my lunch and beyond, it’s so crucial for me to have a large, carry-all bag.
